Chappy Camper Return Policy

At Chappy Camper, we’re here to keep your adventures smooth and your skin happy. We believe in our balm, and we want you to feel great about bringing it along for the ride.

Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused Chappy Camper products purchased directly from chappycamper.com.
For health and safety reasons (and because… skin), we can’t accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Return Window

Eligible items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. If it’s outside that window, it’s officially past curfew.

Refunds

Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original form of payment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

How to Start a Return

• A quick note letting us know you’d like to make a return

We’ll send you the next steps and return instructions.
